Organic King Trumpet Mushroom: High levels of L-Ergothioneine, a naturally occurring antioxidant amino acid found in both the mycelium and fruit bodies of King Trumpet. L-Ergothioneine is the only antioxidant that has been found to have its own cellular transport mechanism.
