We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 AUD

Please note Online Warehouse Sale items are shipped for a flat rate of $10 and are not eligible for free shipping.

All orders are dispatched from the Gold Coast, Australia.

Our trusted delivery partner, Australia Post, are working hard to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email, including tracking details. Please note the above delivery time frames are an estimation provided by our shipping provider and although we hope this never happens, delays during transit may occur from time to time in which prae cannot be held responsible for.

Returns Policy

We hope you love your prae purchase, however if you are not 100% happy, we have a returns policy in place.

Prae will provide a full refund or credit note for all full price items that adhere to the below conditions. Any return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order
  • All original tags must remain attached, original packaging must be in tact and seals must remain unbroken (if applicable)
  • Perishables including food and supplements cannot be returned
  • Item(s) must be unworn and returned in original condition
  • All sale purchases are final and cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit, other than in the event of them being faulty.
  • We recommend choosing carefully to avoid disappointment or a change of mind, so please get in touch with us at if you have any questions regarding sizing or any other product related queries. Any items returned outside the 14 day return period, or in a condition that indicates being worn or washed in any way, including make-up marks, will not be accepted for return.

Prae reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with our conditions, and will return the item to sender.

How do I return my item?

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please go to our online portal to start the refund process: You will then be notified if your return has been approved, and we will inform you of the next steps.


The customer is responsible for covering shipping costs for any returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, you will only be reimbursed for the item and not the return shipping costs.

The arrival time for your returned product may vary depending on where you are located.

If you are shipping an item with a value of over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we unfortunately cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Alternatively, you are able to return your purchase to one of your stores, however it will not be processed immediately. You will receive confirmation of your return via email once it has been processed by our team.

Can I exchange my item?

As we order in limited numbers, our curated products sell quickly, so we recommend that you purchase your desired item to ensure that you don’t miss out. If you choose to return your purchase, we will refund you as soon as possible once we have accepted your return. We also recommend purchasing your new desired item before your return has been processed in case it sells out.

Can I return or exchange a gift?

If you’ve received a gift that you wish to return, you must ensure that it adheres to our returns policy. Once we have approved your return and received your item, you will receive a gift certificate of the same value via email.

Refunds Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, we ask that you first check your bank account again and then contact your banking provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially received. If you have followed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at
Faulty items

If you feel that your item has a manufacturing defect or is faulty, please email hello@prae- within 14 days of receiving your purchase, along with proof of purchase and any images and details about the item.

Discount Codes

Discount codes cannot be stacked, we only accept one discount code per sale. Once a sale is finalised no further discount codes can be applied.
